Is This The New Summer Colour ?

With us now deep into summer, well approaching the end of it. A question that's been asked is "What is the color for summer ?" It's too hot for black, also White gets stains fairly easily one little dab of ketchup can ruin an outfit :( oh boy I've been there people.
I have the solution to the question "What is the colour for summer ?" and I will show this colour  and how to unleash it in a cool, summery outfit.

THAT COLOUR IS PINK!!! It goes well no matter what skin tone. For instance on me the colour pink helps bring out my skin tone, giving it a 'dashing' look. When worn with black it has a enhanced effect to your look. A gold Casio is a good accessory for this look as it also gives off an glow in the outfit.

Now to the bottom part of the out fit black skinny jeans would be nice with this outfit or ripped jeans.

The shoes are the Vans SK8-Hi. These are a really nice pair of trainers that were on my wish list for a period of 6 months and when I got them oh boy I was not disappointed ;). The only downside to this trainer is it takes LONG to put on -.- At times it's a mission but besides that it's a really nice pair of trainers for me it's the only pair of vans I'd purchase it also comes in All white. I would recommend these trainers and potentially the all white pair

Here is a closer look of the SK8-Hi. The trainer inside is fairly comfortable. Notice how the laces isn't tied to the top that is how I style all my trainers. Like the flash of the label of the trainer hahaha ;) Also note due to the annoying difficulty of putting the trainer on I would get the size up. I would highly reccomened giving this outfit a try, see if it's for you. Even adding your own unique twist to the look.

Black and white

This look is a very basic look but if done correctly has the chance to do wonders.

Let's get started,  the cap is a vintage Nike cap which you'll be very lucky to find. So I guess the price would be £20+ with the increasing trend of vintage wear.

The top is a simple basic white shirt can find it at any store, a retail price won't be needed here ;)

The Bomber jacket is from Zara, but it is from their previous collection. Personally I believe Zara collections has gone down in its recent years. I don't know if it's because they are going in a new direction but it's not for me the retail of this bomber jacket is 40£ when it was in stock.

The bottoms were from H&M, a comfy black pair of joggers. Everyone has to have a pair of grey and black joggers it's a essential :D

The trainers are adidas superstars 2.0. A summer can't be a summer without any adidas superstars on show ! Many people don't know the difference between the two so I'll show you here.

Here are the 1.0 the ones people prefer more, as they have the gold printing and tongue label which gives it a "Shine Shine" look.

Here are the 2.0 the trainers that were in stores when the Superstars were in stock in the earlier 2000's. Many people prefer this pair simple as it's the original part a vintage look.

These are the 1.0, as you can see the gold at the tongue of the label.

Here is a photo of the 2.0 as you can see no gold printing

A good source to get a pair of superstars are from M&M Direct. Their site has limited amount trainers for a good price

The Look

The Debut

I've finally brought myself together to create my own blog. Where I'll be posting pictures of my day to day outfits. It took me ages to think about whether I should start a blog but i've actually realised that I can show case my style. I  hope that all of you enjoy what I put up but I also hope that you get inspired by my style.

The First Look

The first look of my blog why not start with a summer look eh ;) Lets start from the top. The Camo shirt from river island, an excellent item great for a summer look the retail is 20£+ mark. Then to the Next watch an outfit is never complete without the accessories. The joggers are from Zara.

Let's be honest the year 2015 has been Adidas' year for trainers so why not start the blog with a showcase of a now deadstock pair of ZX flux's the retail of this trainer is around 60£+
